Dana and Tawana Organization

Dana and Tawana Organization (DTO) is a community-based non-governmental organization established in 2015. Headquartered in Kabul, DTO operates through a network of local partners across Afghanistan. DTO works to strengthen community welfare through health, education, social support, economic empowerment, and vocational training. Its key focus areas include:

Activities

Provision of Health and Education Services

DTO provides essential health services for vulnerable communities across Afghanistan. Additionally, DTO mobilize and support clinics in
the targeted regions.

Education services include provision of formal and informal services to villagers and back warded people of Afghanistan. Provision of technical and vocational trainings to Afghan youths

Training, capacity-building and creating spaces for mutual exchanges with and between partners located in post-conflict or armed conflict situations are important cross-cutting strategies.

VGVN provides essential protection services which contains a set of core services that respond to the immediate and long-term needs, and well-being, of women and girls who have experienced violence.
